Getting Started

Participating in the SIDIO Corp. Affiliate Program is easy! Click "Apply" and register through our affiliate program network, Refersion.

After you complete the online application on the registration page, SIDIO Corp. will provide email approval through the Refersion network within two business days. Once approved, you will access your account and begin selecting links you wish to display on your website.

Visitors access SidioCrate products through links and banners placed on your site. Customers are tagged with a cookie to signify referral from your website. When orders are placed within 30-days of the referral, your account is credited for a 10% commission.

Term & Conditions

As a participant in our affiliate program, you agree to the terms detailed in our Affiliate Agreement form.

Commission Fees

SIDIO Corp affiliates earn a standard commission rate of 10% for all sales. We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to returns, order cancellations, and erroneous order duplications. We will only pay commissions on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our systems. We will not pay commissions if someone says they signed up or someone says they entered a referral code if it was not tracked by our system. We can only pay commissions on business generated through properly formatted special links that were automatically tracked by our systems.We also reserve the right to defer or refuse commissions for disputed orders or orders we reject and cannot fulfill.

Payment schedule

As long as your current affiliate earnings are over $100, you'll be paid roughly every 30 days. We will usually pay you in the first week of each month. If you haven't earned $100 since your last payment, we'll pay you roughly 30 days after you've crossed the threshold.

Legal Compliance

All affiliates must comply with all federal, state and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable governing marketing emails (i.e. CAN-SPAM Act), and all other anti-spam laws. SIDIO Corp reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our affiliate program at any time, without warning. Upon termination, you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners and promotional materials provided to you by SIDIO Corp or Refersion. Affiliates terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from the Refersion network.

We use and share your non-public personal financial information to the extent minimally necessary and only with those employees who use your information as a means to service your account. They are required to respect the confidentiality of all client information. We also require each third party with whom we contract to assist in servicing your account to agree to abide by safeguards and privacy standards that are the same or substantially similar to those followed by SidioCrate.

The privacy and security of your non-public personal information will be maintained beyond the termination of your relationship with SidioCrate.

Sharing Personal Information

First and foremost, we do not sell lists of our clients, nor do we disclose client information to marketing companies.

Where reasonably necessary, we may share any of your non-public personal information we obtain with affiliated and unaffiliated third parties as otherwise permitted or required by law. For example, we may share your information to protect against or prevent fraud, or in response to a subpoena, court order, judicial process, or regulatory authorities.

We may also share information about you with our distributor partners, affiliates, and representatives to help us service your accounts.
